If I can make a simple analogy that illustrates my point. We have a road Test for the Tesla S which has ludicrous top speed and 0 - 100 km acceleration. The tester does the country part of the test on the Great Ocean Road Victoria. During his test he reaches 200 Klm/ hour and the vehicle hits the shoulder of the road and has a high speed crash completely demolished it and leaving the driver critically injured.
How can this have been allowed, and obviously any meaningful results are too flawed by not following the prescribed protocol, to have any significance at all.
