It must feel like a Mac truck has hit you but it aint over, there is a good chance this will recover, albeit slowly and your losses will be minimal maybe non existant
Right now there is so much emotion in the market its hard to be rational but I think long term you will see this as yesterdays nightmare, it will pass.
Im holding . I think the market over reacted and time will see positive sentiment come back.
