I agree that you don't need to worry about integration with telehealth because if they ever get there capital can be raised easily.

Currently management is putting spin on this as they are holding millions of free shares but still would like to get paid decent value for it considering they were dreaming multi multi millions. If BL sold his 6.8 mil now which he sold in December , he will get 500k for it instead of 2mil.. you can do the numbers and don't be surprised if you see here change in directors holding before AGM.. I can see what's coming during AGM and you can guess it rather than I write it here..
