It will depend on the scenery. I suspect that Google, Microsoft and Amazon are swarming all over this asking their data science labs to report on the feasibility of a product. If the answer is "yes" from a technical perspective then you could find the landscape is vastly different in six months. These organisations all have the expertise, the experience, the money and the infrastructure to smash the technical details of this task very quickly and move on to the job of commercialising. Also, what if they were to add image analysis to the equation? With modern direct-to-digital x-ray machines you could have an app that combines cough and x-rays within minutes of wheeling the x-ray up to the patient's bed.

If we're still the only fish in the pond in November, then 11c or even 30c might be a bargain. If not then it will depend on who the other fish are.
