re: has everyone given up on neo hi cabe,
when considering what value n.yolumne could add
to our neo sp, surely one must consider the fact that
neo do not have direct control over the potential 2.5%
of the resource and same for the potential income.
thus the value that folk here keep referring to is that
which should be attributed to the tsx listed ssr.
yes there must be some sort of value derived from
this to neo but at a fair and reasonable discount.
neo are essentially share holders of ssr, which has no
solid growth history. i don't know who knows who
over there in the oil scene, but neo managment better
pray they dont get screwed around with dodgey
stories and massive dilution via ssr.
Maybee neo 20% stake gives them some power, but
to what extent needs to be explored.
i know i'm guilty of describing this relationship as neo having 2.5%ish of ny-1 well, so to clarify the real hard
facts, the reality is they hold about 20% of statesman
whom neo managment are trusting (just like we did
with neo) to make good with an investment.
with ssr looking underated after strong positive
indications from ny-1 perhaps it's a better play than
persisting with selh. of course only those privy to
certain information really know the answer to that.
a conventional play might see conventional returns,
oh yes and a whole lot less bullsh@#.
