Hi Utrader. Although I dont curently hold I was lucky to sell out just before the TO went sour. Not by skill just pure luck. I have followed this intimately since. I made the point a while back that it will come to light what the motivation or who the benifactor will be in this situation. Why MMK would want to proceed goes beyond any logic. What they have been able to do is successfully drive the SP down & place FMS into a very vulnerable position. June is now over & FMS will post a quartetly update soon which will declare cash reserves of 15M. Historically they are spending 4-5M per quarter. Maybe someone might come in & make a bargain basement offer based on the 3-month average SP. If not they will have to do a capital raising. I really want to buy back in but waiting for the bottom is just as hard to pick at present !
