Future Work Program
The focus for FMS during the June 2012 quarter will
be to continue with critical path activities and conserve
cash while finalising the MMK transaction.
Infrastructure negotiations with non-independent
providers remain on hold due to the restricted activities
allowable under the Scheme Implementation Agreement
(“SIA”) resulting in some of the earlier planned
timeframes being extended. The largest impact to the
project will be the completion of the DFS originally
scheduled for the end of Q2 2012. As soon as it is
possible, either on the completion or the expiry of the
SIA, we will re-estimate the planned timeframes and
resume the planned activities.
