They can't be certain that its the NTCell that is having an effect or its simply a placebo effect - the wording "not a statistically significant difference" is critical. Ultimately NTCell has failed its primary endpoint. Its safe but it cannot be proved to be effective remedy. The trial was always going to be a Binary outcome. We were either going to be looking at a very rosy future (my guess following a successful trial was a share price between 40-60c on Monday) or where we are at now. LCT has to consider its options, but NTCell is no longer one of them.
