In summary...
AVQ announce granting of prospecting license on 21 April. At the penultimate hour on 27 April prior to market reacting to ann the SI Prime Minister's Office announces said license is invalid. Over the subsequent days/week doubt, suspicion arises (across this forum and others) over the validity, accuracy and integrity of comments out of the Prime Minister's Office and the person making the comments. On 29 Apr SI Minister of Mines confirms license IS VALID and informs AVQ to proceed with prospecting under the terms of the license (per AVQ Quarterly Report). AVQ announce on 29 April via Quarterly Report that exploration will commence in May.
Inspite of this the market remains blinded by the Prime Minister's Office comments which continue to be regurgitated across numerous media avenues costing individual shareholders, who were anticpating a share price of 10c, 15c, or more, tens of thousands and perhaps hundreds of thousands of dollars.
So, it's quite simple really AVQ need to contact the SI Prime Minister's Office and have them retract, verify or respond to the comments out of their office on 27 April.
