Out of curiosity, could you list the infrastructure requirements that were never met to stop inflation. The only specific one that comes to mind is Rudd's opinion on our internet system and how poor it is. As for a couple of labor states that almost spent the equivalent of Howard's advertising expenditure on the same.... they really do make the argument of states lacking funds very stale. States have chosen their priorities too to the detriment of infrastructure. These Howard bashing moments really are a little pointed.
