Their silence is deafening.
To me, the company needs to be transparent about their strategy. And maybe, given the JRO woes, the strategy needs to be revised (from whatever it was previously).
The low SP does not just bother us as shareholders (I am patient, I can wait for it to recover), but we need to understand the impact this have on the company (debt covenants, cost of finance/refinancing) etc. So, key components to a strategy should include:
1) How to restore (before they can even create) shareholder value
2) how to deal with JRO
3) how to deal with debt refinancing.
They also need to be more transparent about production and shipping.
