Thanks for your response. Not sure that I disagree with anything you say. With respect as to the purchase price of MATSA I note from their presentation at the time of the purchase that they were paying 4.8 x 2021 EBTIDA and the average price of peers was 5.4 x EBITDA. Maybe they could have got a better deal but I think their current share price reflects much more than being “punished” for overpaying - a lots happened since then.
