Fusion prawns on toast:
On two slices of toast serve with the following:
¾ cup small prawns.
¼ cup cream fresh mixed with 3 tablespoons mayo and 2 tablespoon cream.
Mustard jerk paste and / or xo sauce to taste.
and 'some' of the following:
Salad greens.
1 or 2 tablespoons diced red onion.
1 dessert spoon chopped dill.
