    Andy is the deputy chairman at MOS, the board have just unanimously reccommended a takeover by AGL. based on this deal MOS had continually destroyed shareholder value over the last 5 years at a time when oil prices were at historic highs. No different to ELK being offered 20c a share and accepting. Are we no more than another vehicle to build director wealth????
