There are multiple reports of BP on the warpath with the biggest cash splash not seen for years and why not, practically all biotechs on on their knees with their SP the lowest in some time presenting amazing value to be had.
RAC case is hard to judge as management appear to be playing their cards close to their chest. I do believe they are close or even have enough in the tank to present to the big boys.
I agree we will have some sort of partnership this year and an smaller possibility of T/O. after all they probably know the value is already their and getting RAC for less $$$ than waiting for validation of all the platforms and at the best possible time… (for BP)
