Your biggest worry, Cafa, is that SRX governance is not right i.e. the financials (SAP may help with that), risk (that area in SRX is staffed with scientists, SRX Job Descriptions have been posted on HC that look like clinical research positions dressed up as risk specialists) and ofcourse insider trading leaks on quarterly doses or pending results of clinical trials.

More likely last two days turmoil is players trading out or creating churn flash P&L at YE, obvious culprits would be foreign buyers near their FYE with top positions (perhaps undisclosed) or fundies creating new buy long & hold conviction funds & incubating such funds with house stocks around their AGMs. Know any of those in SRX? Either way, SP of SRX likely to go up, latent SP without clinical trials is more like $30 based on secondary treatment, $100 type SPs must be supported with good successful clinical trials & also commercial marketing (better than now) for how to take inoperable liver cancer treatments globally with global approvals. Otherwise a TO at say $50-$70 if clinical trials successful. As for PE Ratios in bioharma stocks pre-clinical trials, bioparma/ medical industry equity research analysts don't use them to value small-mid cap growth stocks (their series 7 exams even teach you that).

Topping up my holding of SRX, sold out too early & didn't cover its last positive run, but bought back now, under concentration limit for SRX, ready for Santa rally if it happens or January effect if Santa stays away from ASX this year on top of Aurora Borealis.
