It's been months since I've read one of your posts, but I thought I would give it ago, there's some precious time wasted, but it was my choice.
In respect to the families who lost love ones, I won't go over all the events.
While not been across all of what the coroner said, there were a litany of NSW governmental department stuff ups which had a lot to do with the final outcome.
To the police may I offer a word of advice.
" your going to make mistakes, better to make them with enthusiasm, than hesitation."
