In the worst case, such as JRV would close its door, there would be some shareholders who would not give up. If the Vision would fail to get the control, JRV price crashes to $0.002, would need just a few millions shares.

The sellers at this price would desperately get out. The buyers would not be too many. It is a sale on the fire and the loyal JRV shareholders have been trapped tightly and could not do too much. It is the game of the buyers with strong minds and the sellers with weak souls. It is not a balanced game.

There are more than the shares which are holding by the people who would try to get quick money from the CRR deal. The amount of the shares are big enough to drop JRV share price without significant rout of JRV shareholders.
