yes i was surprised and delighted to hear from them i asked her if she was the one i spoke to she said no sounded like complaints got gathered and passed on to her for follow up she olso mentioned something along the line that theres being many complaints so they r looking into it looks like this is going to be our only avenue to get something done in the short term
