I really do hope JP is engaging with the drilling company. There is so many way to skin a cat, but to sit it out is Not in my book a logical approach.
Implementation, awareness and execution !!!!
Implement ways so drilling can continue ......
Implement-
2 drilling teams on 2 different rosters with no contact on the split shift . Make the roster longer if need be.
Transporting the team with sufficient spacing so they are not sitting beside each other to site ext.
Awareness -
Educated and talk to the team reagarding personal hygene, awareness on and off site. Surely having a job is worth putting in the necessary controls to mitigate exposing your work mates family and friends.
Execute -
This obviously Wont happen if the above 2 isn't put into action any time soon !

There are big companies taking this approach to keep production on track and keep money rolling into employees pockets so i can not see any different with having to drill holes in an isolated enviroment.

Yes JP and the rest of the board can work from home which wont make a difference to drilling holes .
