Ted Byrt is an experienced company director and commercial lawyer who for over 35 years has specialised in the areas of commerce and public law, town planning and development, corporate governance and international business.

He is a specialist strategic advisor for major projects and has focussed on advising corporates undertaking development and infrastructure projects within Australia and offshore. Ted has vast experience previously as a business advisor and board member of several leading organisations including Bedford Industries Inc, Port Adelaide Football Club Ltd in the AFL, the SA Employers Chamber of Commerce & Industry - Business SA, and the Federal Government's Foreign Affairs Council.

Ted is also a Director of companies with businesses as diverse as library information management systems, shared IT services, viticulture and winery, air-conditioning systems and carbon sequestration.
