TRF wont have much price action, since most buyers will be purchasing through the rights issue.
The bigger the gap between IFE and TRF pricing though, the more likely they (TRF) are to achieve good funding results.
For someone not yet in the game, TRF at prices lagging IFE would be a good way to get IFE exposure at a better price.
