I saw that announcement MrC (thought it was going to be the official port approval!) It makes sense for both parties - IFE can dig the Mn up along with Fe so makes for economies of scale . TRF gets another 20% free carried interest in a mineral it probably wouldn't otherwise pursue - money for old rope.
How far away is that port approval ?? IMO there is very little chance of the approval not being given but it will make a huge difference to the SP once the uncertainty is removed and those $80/t costs cemented in .
