    The jump, and the rather large block in the buy queue at 0.19 looks to all be the work of one buyer. Looks like they put in an order to 730,[email protected] cleared the sellers and in just waiting for more.

    I wonder if someone knows something about pending government approvals. Perhaps they're just thinking that having a federal MP spruiking it wont hurt.
