MB was pretty adamant in November there would be no CR. Now things can change of course, however he did expect with OneQuickStep significant savings which would negate the need for a CR and improve cashflow. So those operational expenses need to come down and by all accounts they are to this point. But yeah the question remains, is it enough to manage the debt they have as well as maintaining/delivering existing projects and taking on new.
It would be great to here some news from ATR in Italy, as any contract in that space will be using QHL's proprietory tech, which means higher margins and lower costs to produce.
