Geeenius, I wonder if this "rest of this transaction" regards funding requirements, as in the Creamer media TV interview (4:30) Errol states that through the new BEE structure and its members "Blackstar", they have now given Orion access to "and seen" new fund managers and banks that they previously did not have access to. "Blackstar" also provides access to some strategic and aligned contractors on the future mine development. Also stated, is that Orion is being highly regarded by interested investors...local and foreign.
