I for one have been around too long to take these statements at face value.
Any other small cap with these statements from the CEO would see a reasonable spike in the SP.
However, in my opinion, due to the same board of numb nuts remaining and their history of all talk but no walk, the market has pointedly ignored anything our CEO has stated.
Nothing has changed.
