I am saying it was a negotiated transaction from hunans to someone else. and i reckon 4.10 is a fair price but only because of the effect that buying or selling a whole 6 million shares on market would have on the price.

If you had the money to buy 6 million shares and started buying them on market you would drive the price up heaps - equally if you had six million to sell - you would push it down heaps - just look what happened when gordon sold a lousy 1 million on market.

The more sensible approach would be to sit down an nut out a price that recognises it would be to neither parites advantage to try and do it on the open market
