    We make stock in 10 litre lots and freeze in washed plastic bottles in sizes which suit different recipes.
    The cooked soup (usually 2 very large Jap/Kent pumpkins at one time) is frozen in saved plastic yogurt containers (the 1 litre Jalna ones)
    Lunch or a lazy Sunday dinner is a cinch.
