just starting a red lentil soup in the pressure cooker.. watso has never previously cooked lentils before - so it will be interesting to see how it goes … watso had a bit of a look on youtube - and very much followed this video..
the guy just used red lentils, onions and garlic. instead of fresh garlic, watso used crushed ginger/garlic and instead of water watso used chicken stock .
hopefully the soup will be ok ... mmmm red lentils...
