I have asked the below questions of management but would appreciate it if anyone on this board could also provide insight.
Dear Mr Abraham Li,
I am a long term share holder in NKWE and would like to clarify the status of two farms that are referred to in the Annual report, namely Hoogstepunt 290KT and Soupiana 325KT. I have found very little information on these two farms in previous or current company announcements.
I would appreciate therefore if you could provide clarity on the following;
1. What is NKWE's legal tenure to these farms. Do we currently hold (via Genorah Resources) the prospecting rights to these farms, the mining rights, or some other form of tenure;
2. What percentage interest / ownership does NKWE currently hold in these 2 farms;
3. The annual report states that the company has a targeted resource base of over 100M oz 3PGM + AU. What is the target resource base of the Soupiana and Hoogstepunt farms? Pg 7 of the annual report states that these two farms are expected to host similar mineralisation to the 2 Tubatse farms, albeit at greater depth. For clarity, and to enable valuation, could you please provide a breakdown of the overall target resource base between the three Garatau frams, the two Taubatse farms, and Soupiana / Hoogstepunt farms;
4. Assuming that Soupiana / Hoogstepunt farms hold a potentially significant and valuable mineral resource, with clear legal tenure, what actions is the company planning to assess and realise the full potential of these two farms for the benefit of shareholders? Further, what value does the company currently place on these farms?
