I suppose it was a decision between a Benefication plant or a wet processing plant. Seems at this time with the roads almost impassable the wet processing plant wasn,t feasible. seems there is some mis-understanding here. Did TTY order the WPP or just talk about it.Why didn,t Mr Fondacaro get an contracted order before building or buying a WPP. Did he lose the profit on a sale on a WPP to TTY that he already had that he thought was a certainty. Confusion here
