I think it is the potential of the company that is driving this rise. Risk / Reward is a funny thing...with people seeing PRR at 5c as riskier than at 20c (but a lot has changed re: approvals and funding over this period).
The impending Phase 2B trials and possible ODS as well as the current success of DNDN, has the punters excited about the future of PRR. For those who have held this stock over the longer term and done the research.....the next 2-4 years could be pretty amazing.
