I did actually clarify that in the last part of my post.

Anyway, as mute as your point is, Shares held, shares under proxy, shares to vote with, whatever. There is only one qualified majority that talks at AGM time. Number of shares voted in favour or against.

Which in this situation is the inconvenient reality for folks who are disappointed with the outcome.
