    "Watch for the Wyoming Business Report's Energy Book, coming in April."

    Not sure what the report covers but should enable business interests to make a peer comparison with energy projects in Wyoming. If PEN is being undervalued against its peers as we believe, we might see some increasing buying interest from our North American friends?
