watso has posted about the matter in the past

anyway, watso has a genuine sous vide cooker .. unused, but bought at a good price from aldi ...

anyway, a cheap solar system works perfectly (and watso has posted about this in the past)

watso vaguely recalls that he posted about the cheap rtc pork loin roasts that he picked up from spudshed ..

anyway, watso also picked up a couple from aldi (30% rtc) ...

anyway, no need to let a hot perth day go to waste

indeed the following video is far too complex .. but gives a bit of an idea (uwa gets a mention)

on a hot day.. all that is required is a suitable container (watso used a old rectangular frypan) with a glass lid - fill with water and drop in some meat which is in vacuum sealed packaging .. and then another glass lid (or similar.. eg Perspex ??) over the top

ok watso uses a reflector that he shifts 3 times during the day.. but maybe it is not even required when there is plenty of sun on a hot day ..

all that watso can say, is that the meat was cooked to perfection ..

watso does both solar cooking and vacuum flask cooking .. just a matter of working out what is both reasonable and doable
