I love to cook man... it is one of my passions... plus i get challenged by my best mate who is a head chef at one of the top restaurants in Noosa... I tell you this as I love my Sous Vide (water circulator) .. I bought the bluetooth/wifi version... its perfect and the APP is 100% on point with endless recipes...
I did heaps of homework on this... and the best I bought for the money was the Anova Culinary..

Best meat I have ever had... at times I manage to cook meat better than some 5 star restaurants (not just my opinion)... but I couldn't do it with out the Anova... best ever... good luck man... hope you enjoy cooking with a S/V as much as I do... most tender chicken you will ever have..
