watso has not yet used his sous vide cooker - but the local IGA store has whole fillet steak for $10/kg - and already vacuum sealed .. so could be the right time to try the sous vide cooker .
a long time ago watso posted about sous vide cooking .. on the net, there are some sous vide cooking type hacks .. watso has tried some of them.. one sous vide cooking hack - and an exclusive to watso was to cook some sous vide stuff in his micro solar hot water system (previously posted on HC) .. watso could cook lovely mini meat loaves (sous vide style) in his micro solar hot water system
