According to your argument a man like PJ would bring enough of his own cash into an investment to pay his own salary thereby earning zero compensation for his efforts all this time. PJ cannot have started this project with this outcome in mind. He might be thinking that now, (who would blame him as the entire world got turned upside down in 2008).
