I suspect that the DMR has made more than one communication but it would have been to the BEE (Genorah). The community issues are Genorah's issue.

My guess is that there is a lot of unhappy community members in the Bushveld and Limpopo area that is linked to our project but Genorah through sheer arrogance and incompetence did not address them.

Then you wind forward time a small "complaint" becomes full blown hostilities.

Genorah did not warn the Chinese of the volatile matter, and I bet you the Chinese had the approach "Genorah just deal with your own crap".

At least now the matter has to be confronted and hopefully it can be resolved.

Jin Jiang Mining has about 60million reasons to resolve it, and another 400million reason (their government financing package) in the background.
