south africa only forward sale?

I'm starting to get a little worried about this particular point........South Africa is the only country to of placed a forward order for their product.

The comissioning is taking for ever and the flowing ASX announcements are not what they used to be. If the product was such a goer in price and efficiency as the company says, why isn't there more countries queueing up for their bit?

I own a substantial parcel of shares which makes up 1/6 of my portfolio so you may get the gist of my nervousness at present.

I'm open to any explanations.
