yeah, but the point is, you dont want to be in every SA coal company going around -- only the best one.
CDS already has: a 70% stake, three times the ore, and very importantly -- top notch management who will bring a significant amount of their own dollars to the table.
The only thing left to do is calcultate whether the market cap of MRK is soooo much less than CDS that is still represents a better, although more riskier play?
the market initally says no.
