These power cuts are across the board in South African society. I felt like I was reading about a third world country when I read that article.
Anything GAU attempts to achieve (which won't be much on current form) will be affected as will all sectors of the South African economy.
Anything to do with business in South Africa has a bad smell about it in the immediate future IMO
