Nothing is Ditherall's fault. It is either the feds, the opposition, climate change or even an act of God. But not his or his government's fault. Had to hand the nuclear debate over to a citizen's jury, and the result is in. In short they don't trust the government to handle it safely. Well well well. But hang on weren't decisions like this supposed to be the realm of a government....no not it would seem Disherall's, now he can say it was the citizen's jury that put a stop to the process.
