My understanding is that they were feathered during the storm as the wind speed was too high. I could be wrong.
If they were running wind in a gusty highly variable environment then conditioning would have been really hard. (I was going to write murder, but as one of the biggest wind farms is in Snowtown I thought it inappropriate .......)
