Why are you concerned about the offtakes? Management will only enter long term contracts if and when they secure the right numbers. They have other funding options (it appears) so are not compelled to sign offtakes prior to construction although it would be preferable.

Long term offtake agreements from local utilities will be of mutual benefit. Any contract price will consider long term price projections. I expect any offtake to be between the current long term price of $50 and the project price of $70. Actual price will be calculated on an average for the period of thec ontract with +ves and -ves accounted for, imo!
