Without hinderance meaning:
1. No stay of construction granted to the intervenors;
2. They commence construction late April early May, funding ready to go, long lead items onsite ready to install when required (key aspect) and weather kind to them.

It really is a relatively simple plant to complete, however a lot of site run piping that can take time.

Reports show long lead items well advanced, if not complete by now, so that is a positive.

As I stated before though, with no schedule communicated to shareholders for construction it is but an educated guess. A detailed project schedule in MS Project or Primavera I would love to see, but I doubt they will make anything like that available.

If a stay is awarded, then forget about 2014 production, would be mid (at best) to late 2015.
