Quite possibly he's wasted as a state pollie, but maybe that's for another thread.
If a state has an excess of a vital infrastructure element, such as electricity, why not make use of it?
And if they can connect several other industries, that use that vital element, all the better.
Vertical integration and all that stuff.

One thing is for certain, he's across his brief, as it is within his state, but just maybe, he needs to broaden his horizons, in terms of green steel anyway.
Rio, here in WA, are looking at producing green steel as well, in the Pilbara.
Why do business's lobby?, to get a concession, from the govt.
Why shouldn't govt. invest, in new technology, which ultimately benefits the state.?
