Bubwell, NK and all others interested in SA, I have been so overwhelmed with travel, work and moving house at the moment, that I have not had much space to follow up with some of the comments and thoughts here - but for what its worth, do aim to get back to you with my thoughts re the SA leases when the dust settles - literally!
