Rowan Johnston is chair of both KIN and SPR. He spoke as chair of KIN. Made the point, which I agree with, that in the end companies have to dig up resources and turn them into cash. I don't quite agree with SL that shares are for trading. The company is for the holders, not the traders. Duty to traders is just to keep the market informed. Duty to holders is to maximise value.
